Your Role

Our operations in Arboga develop, integrate, and deliver security-classified communication solutions. We are now looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take a key role in our most strategic and business-critical projects. As a project manager, you are responsible for driving projects from start to finish with full responsibility for planning, budget, resources, and delivery. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and create structures that maintain high quality throughout the project's lifecycle. The role involves close customer collaboration where you translate requirements into concrete plans and solutions.

In a phase of growth and development, you will also be an important part of shaping our processes, building teams, and contributing to strategic decisions that strengthen our delivery capability moving forward.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Analyze, structure, and translate customer requirements into a clear project plan that supports business and operational goals
• Be a cohesive force between technical teams, operations, and customers
• Drive effective risk and opportunity management to prevent obstacles and maximize project value
• Manage internal and external communication and establish and maintain strong working relationships

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management - preferably from technical environments, complex system deliveries, or defense-related projects. You have a proven ability to drive projects in organizations with high demands for structure, security, and quality.

To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven and proactive leader who enjoys taking overall responsibility. You create engagement in your teams, build trust, and motivate employees and stakeholders to work towards common goals. Your analytical skills allow you to handle large amounts of complex information, make relevant trade-offs, and make well-founded decisions - even under time pressure.

As a project manager, you are focused on goals and delivery, but at the same time, you are a clear team player with a collaborative approach. You are confident in yourself, have good self-awareness, and adapt quickly to changing conditions. A structured, methodical approach is natural for you, and you create order, transparency, and security for both teams and stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant university or college education
• Several years of experience in project management, program management, or equivalent roles - preferably within technical or defense-oriented organizations
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
